Privacy information for Waridi Geo submissions and RFQs.
Waridi Geo collects the information users submit through company-submission and RFQ forms so the platform can review, publish, connect or respond to the requested business workflow. Public forms should not be used to send passwords, bank credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Contact details submitted in an RFQ are not automatically published publicly. Supplier invitation links, buyer tracking links, quotation data and quotation documents are private workflow records and should not be shared publicly.
Optional supplier quotation PDFs are stored outside the public web directory and are served only through authorized private links or authenticated admin access.
Business accounts
Business accounts store profile details, saved records, approved company-access relationships and account-linked RFQs. Creating an account does not verify a company. Company access is reviewed separately by Waridi Geo.
Business enquiries and leads
When you submit a business enquiry, the contact information you provide may be made available to approved representatives of the target company or routed by Waridi Geo administrators for that enquiry. Saved records and company-access requests are private account data.
Account deletion
Deleting a business account removes saved items and company-access relationships. RFQs and business enquiries may be retained as procurement or business records but are detached from the deleted account.
