What “verified” means on Waridi Geo

Verification is an evidence review with a defined scope and validity period. It is not a commercial guarantee, credit rating, product warranty or endorsement.

01

Directory profile

A published company profile may exist before verification. It can contain company-supplied or researched information, but it does not carry a verified badge.

02

Business verification

Waridi Geo reviews business-identity evidence such as an official registry, registration, tax or licence reference. The public profile shows the review date and validity where applicable.

03

Capability verification

Business verification is combined with accepted evidence linked to one or more structured capability records, such as authorization, certification, reference or capability evidence.

Evidence and expiry

Evidence records are reviewed individually as pending, accepted, rejected or inconclusive. A verification case cannot be approved without accepted evidence. Current verification has a validity date; expired or suspended verification no longer receives a current verified presentation.

Public versus internal evidence

Only evidence marked safe for public display appears on a company profile. Internal review notes are not published. Waridi Geo does not ask companies to publish passwords, bank credentials or unnecessary personal identity data as verification evidence.

Corrections and re-verification

Businesses can request corrections or submit stronger evidence. Material changes, expiry or conflicting information can trigger a new review, expiry or suspension.
